Shipping Information

  • Orders will only be shipped after payment has been successfully verified.
  • Shipments on harneyteasthailand.com are processed in the order of purchase numbers. Multiple items under the same order number may be shipped separately based on the product type, weight, package size, and company discretion. Additionally, orders placed by the same customer around the same time will be shipped together.
  • All orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days. If delivery exceeds the estimated time frame, customers will be contacted via the phone number or email address provided at the time of purchase.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day.
  • Free shipping is offered for orders delivered within Thailand, except for cash-on-delivery orders, which will incur a shipping fee of THB 50 per delivery.
  • Harney & Sons Thailand primarily uses Flash Express, Thailand Post, or other private courier services for delivery. Customers will receive an email notification containing tracking details once the shipment leaves the warehouse.
  • The company reserves the right to decline shipment in cases where the delivery address or contact information is incomplete, such as an incorrect phone number or postal code, or when payment verification is unsuccessful.
  • Customers may change the delivery address within 24 hours of order confirmation by contacting the company via phone at 099-6599551 or through Line @Harneyteasthailand. Requests made beyond this time frame will not be accommodated.
  • Delivery personnel are solely responsible for transporting items and are not authorized to handle product returns under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to the Return Policy or contact Harney & Sons Thailand Customer Service.
  • Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as accidents or natural disasters along the delivery route.

Shipping Liability Conditions

  • If issues arise during shipping due to company errors, Harney & Sons Thailand will take full responsibility for reshipping the items to the customer.
  • In cases of unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to delay shipments for up to 5 business days and will notify customers of any delays.
  • For delays caused by the courier service, the company is not liable for such delays but will coordinate closely with the courier to expedite delivery as much as possible.
  • In the event of uncontrollable circumstances, such as natural disasters, public protests, or accidents, the company reserves the right to postpone or cancel deliveries and will notify customers accordingly.
  • If customers provide incorrect shipping information resulting in delivery errors, such as shipments sent to the wrong address, no compensation will be provided. However, the company may attempt to contact the customer if the provided address is suspected to be inaccurate. If the courier cannot reach the customer, the package may be held at the courier’s warehouse. In such cases, the company will assist in preliminary coordination with the courier to investigate the issue.
