This Shipping Policy is designed to help customers understand the important details, their rights, and limitations regarding shipping services on harneyteasthailand.com, ensuring an efficient and satisfactory experience for customers. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Shipping Information<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Orders will only be shipped after payment has been successfully verified.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shipments on <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/harneyteasthailand.com\">harneyteasthailand.com<\/a> are processed in the order of purchase numbers. Multiple items under the same order number may be shipped separately based on the product type, weight, package size, and company discretion. For more information, please refer to the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Return Policy<\/b><\/span> or contact Harney &amp; Sons Thailand Customer Service. <\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as accidents or natural disasters along the delivery route.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Shipping Liability Conditions<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If issues arise during shipping due to company errors, Harney &amp; Sons Thailand will take full responsibility for reshipping the items to the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In cases of unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to delay shipments for up to 5 business days and will notify customers of any delays.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For delays caused by the courier service, the company is not liable for such delays but will coordinate closely with the courier to expedite delivery as much as possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the event of uncontrollable circumstances, such as natural disasters, public protests, or accidents, the company reserves the right to postpone or cancel deliveries and will notify customers accordingly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If customers provide incorrect shipping information resulting in delivery errors, such as shipments sent to the wrong address, no compensation will be provided.
